This is the pictures section!
Pictures are taken every week on Tuesday morning and uploaded the same day. I do not re-touch the images in any way. They are simply brought into Photoshop and cropped, re-sized, and saved for the web. The main purpose of the weekly photos is so I can track my fat loss and muscle development progress but I do hope they can provide a little inspiration for others as well.
You will notice that the first several pictures are not all taken from the same camera angle or the same location. It wasn’t until several weeks into the process that I realized how important it was to take constistent shot in order to accurately track my progress. I have since found a permanent place to take pictures and will be using this location indefinitely.
